Are you ready for a shift in perspective for an empowered relationship to your body, identity and purpose at midlife?
The Tilt Shift offers professional & transformational coaching and educational programs and a thought leading midlife methodology all underpinned by internal safety, self-confidence and integrated awareness.
Unlock the power of midlife. Introducing a new midlife narrative where a full awareness of body wisdom, divinity & self-authority reigns.
You exist in a culture that undervalues the power of (peri)menopausal women and heavily conditions you to doubt and misunderstand your relationship to your changing body, intimacy and instinct at midlife. As we begin to age in a youth obsessed world, the time has come to rewrite the story.
You are not broken, you belong. Step into a new experience of self leadership by tapping into your own unique wisdom, sensuality and authentic power. Together we can transform the toxic cultural narrative we have been conditioned to believe around what it means to reach midlife.
We begin by addressing our own internalised stories.
This is a movement where women don’t fear or wish midlife away, but rather awaken to a new found pulse for life. Together we can change the paradigm, and inspire younger women who are proud to call themselves midlife women. A true and significant marker of feminist progress.
Hello powerful woman, I’m so very happy you landed here.
I’m Shae, I turned 49 last year and I’m a solo mama to my 17 yo daughter, Stella. I’m also an embodiment and intimacy educator, teacher, speaker and executive wellness coach and I’m five years post menopause—yes, it happened young. My journey to early (natural) menopause acceptance has transformed my entire life. I have become more grounded, embodied and self-trusting in the unfurling of my life, but it hasn’t been an easy ride—not in the least. My personal journey, and that of all menopausal women, has inspired my work which is igniting the liberation, spark and deep belonging of midlife women everywhere. You can read more about me and my early menopause journey here.
