Cultivating the courage to pause at midlife.

Since my early menopause two years ago, the greatest courage that I’ve needed to cultivate BY FAR is the courage to pause.

In this era we’ve never been more conditioned to generate, produce and drive our dreams and projects forward. We are constantly encouraged to dig deep and keep going and there is very little space and honouring held for the death initiation of midlife.

Finding the courage to pause and all that comes with it — not being seen, letting go, allowing our conditioned identity the space to die — THIS is the initiation of midlife.

The power of our midlife sexuality and our relationship to our body wisdom is birthed through the pause — the willingness to stop and allow whatever needs to burn to turn to ash. It’s from here that the magnificence of the midlife phoenix rises. The magic is in allowing space for elements of us to die and transform and this only happens through the courage to PAUSE.

Needless to say, this path is not for the faint of heart — I’m not here to pretend evolution is easy but what I want YOU to know, magnificent women, is that you have everything it takes to walk through the fire.

The trust and courage you seek is within.
